This plant was established at Ukhaa Khudag coal mine of Tavantolgoi, with the Russian and Australian joint technology suitable to extreme climate and cold condition. Capable of producing 50,000 ton bulk explosive per year, this plant consists of emulsion matrix production plant and mixing and charging trucks. Emulsion matrix is mixed with gasser solution and loaded into holes and then becomes explosive. Because of a potential safety concern, we must operate 100% safely with our performances. With the capacity of a 100 000 ton per year, we can produce five different types of emulsions like E20 - E100 meeting the industrial explosive market and customer needs.
