In order to be closer and provide fast and reliable services to our clients we have introduced the “Call center” service in cooperation with CallPro.
With this regard, many opportunities such as answering and recording the call, direct connection with the unit and staff responsible for feedback and complaints, receiving orders as well as providing information about products and services are now available.
We continue making improvements in our operation in accordance with the aim to increase productivity and value for our customers.
