We visited the 100% automatic factory for the assembly of explosive electronic devices of our partner company Orika
A representative from MERA GROUP recently visited Orika, our partner company’s fully automated factory in Helidon, Queensland, Australia. This 33-year-old facility underwent significant advancements in 2018, integrating a state-of-the-art automatic assembly line for electronic blasting equipment. This upgrade not only boosted annual production capacity to 2 million units but also resulted in the creation of 18 new job opportunities.
During the visit, our team also explored Ground Probe, a cutting-edge research, development, and digitization center based in Brisbane. Here, we delved into the latest advancements in mining monitoring tools, software, and technology. Engaging in insightful discussions, we explored the potential of implementing these innovations in Mongolia.
