Since 2008, MERA Group companies have been working 14 days on and 14 days off shifts to ensure that their clients perform their work efficiently and well, balance the time they spend with their families and children, and work satisfactorily, safely and productively.However, due to the outbreak of the pandemic in November last year, we have been working for many days and months to keep our customers and service providers stable, to keep our employees healthy and well paid.
Due to the full vaccination of employees, strict control of infection control and personal hygiene, full training to work without contact with others, and the ability to work without risk, some factory workers will be transferred to 14-day work and 14-day rest.
